These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Advanced Cyber Security Corp. (hereinafter, “ACS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or continuing to use our website (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Site and any associated services.

Dark Web Scanning and Monitoring: Tools designed to detect unauthorized personal or corporate information found on the dark web.

Ransomware Consumer Coverage: Coverage and/or support in the event of a ransomware attack.

Identity Theft Protection Coverage: Coverage and/or support in the event of an identity theft incident.

Identity Protection Services: Inclusive of credit monitoring, identity monitoring, score tracking, and fully managed recovery.

Paid Services

All services offered by ACS are provided on a paid subscription basis. There are no free or trial service tiers currently available.
3 Account Creation and Eligibility
Account Requirement
Users wishing to access or purchase ACS services must create an account, providing accurate and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to first and last name, and a valid email address. Where required, billing information may also be collected, either directly by ACS or by an authorized reseller/partner.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or otherwise use our services, with the exception of the Identity Protection Services which require you to be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify ACS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4 Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription Model
All of ACS’s offerings are sold under subscription plans, either monthly or annually, as specified at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through our Site via recognized payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you grant us the right to charge the subscription fees to the chosen payment method.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of initial purchase for any purchases made directly from ACS. Should you request a refund within that timeframe, ACS will process it subject to any applicable deductions or fees outlined at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle. You may cancel the automatic renewal by following the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase or in your account settings.
5 Ownership and Intellectual Property
Site Content
All text, images, software descriptions, graphics, logos, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) published on the Site are owned or licensed by ACS, unless otherwise indicated.
Proprietary Rights
The EndpointLock name and logo, KTLS (Keystroke Transport Layer Security), Advanced Cyber Security (ACS) and other trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of ACS. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
User-Generated Content
Currently, ACS does not allow user-generated content (comments, uploads, reviews) on this Site. If such functionality is introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.
6 Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site or services in any manner that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.

Promotes or engages in illegal, hateful, or discriminatory activities.

Infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of ACS or any third party.

Attempts to breach, disable, or circumvent the security of any ACS systems or networks.

Engages in fraudulent activities, including impersonation or providing false information.

Involves reverse engineering or otherwise extracting source code from our software (except as permitted by mandatory law).
Enforcement
ACS reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to suspend or terminate user accounts, or take legal action as deemed appropriate, without prior notice.
7 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Site and services is at your own risk. The Site, services, and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ACS expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise from the course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or services. In no event shall ACS’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to a claim.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
Dedicated Privacy Policy
We maintain a separate Privacy Policy outlining our practices for the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data. By using our Site and services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
No Additional Regulatory Scope
ACS is not currently subject to any specific data protection regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA. Should any new regulations become applicable, ACS reserves the right to update its policies and practices accordingly.
9 Termination and Suspension
Termination Rights
ACS may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Site or services, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, failed to pay subscription fees, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or otherwise conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to ACS’s interests or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use or access any portion of the Site or services will immediately cease. ACS may retain or delete any information related to your account, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Suffolk County, New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Venue and Jurisdiction
Any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
11 Changes to These Terms
Right to Modify
ACS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
Effective Date
All changes become effective immediately upon posting an announcement on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12 Consent and Acceptance
Continued Use
Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Additional Agreements
In the event you install or use ACS software products, such as EndpointLock, you may be required to accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms. In case of a conflict between these Terms and a specific EULA, the terms of the EULA shall prevail with respect to that software.
13 Additional Notices
No User-Generated Content
No user-generated content is currently permissible. Should ACS introduce any features enabling user submissions, you will be required to comply with additional policies governing such content.
Paid Services Only
ACS does not offer trial services. Please carefully review all subscription details prior to making a purchase.
